How to get an APP account
The APP account is consistent with the JA Solar Cloud platform account, and you can log in directly.
JA Solar Cloud Platform Account Acquisition: Prepare the personal information required for the account, such as mobile phone number, email address, etc., contact the system administrator to create an account, and assign a role to the account.
What if I forget my login password?
If a user forgets the password, they can visit the JA Solar Cloud platform or the JA Solar APP, click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter the password retrieval page, enter the mobile phone number or email information, and reset the password after verifying the identity information.
How to change the login password
JA Solar Cloud Platform: Go to "Personal Center" - "Password" to enter the password modification page and modify the password.
JA Solar APP: Go to "Me" - "Account Related" - "Account Security" - "Change Password" to enter the password modification page and modify the password.
Can I log in on multiple devices?
Usually, only one device login is supported. You can set the session limit in the JA Solar Cloud Platform - "Personal Center". After setting, you can log in to multiple devices at the same time.
Setting method:
- Enter the "Personal Center" page and click "Session" - "Modify".
- Modify the "APP Session Limit" and click the "Confirm" button.
